Your Repair Guys sells products to adults, who can purchase our products with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under the age of 18, you may purchase items from our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Your Repair Guys reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Risk of Loss
Any items you purchase through Your Repair Guys will be shipped “FOB Origin.” In other words, as the purchaser/customer, you shall take responsibility for the items (including loss or damage to them) once Your Repair Guys delivers possession of the purchased items to the shipping company.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g., handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Your Repair Guys is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
Misprints and Errors, Product Availability and Prices
Your Repair Guys strives to provide current and accurate information on the website, but misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Your Repair Guys cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the website will be available when ordered or thereafter, and does not warrant that the content of the website (including product descriptions, photographs and colors) is accurate or complete. Please note that your monitor might not accurately display product colors.

These Terms and Conditions and all related matters shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted solely in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws that would lead to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Terms and Conditions, including those actions related to any online transaction occurring outside of the United States, will be brought only in the courts of the State of California.
Without limiting anything else, Your Repair Guys makes no representation that the website, website content, comments, services, products, information or other materials available on, in, or through the site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where they are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the website from other locations do so on their own volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Additionally, if you sign up for email marketing, with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
